Flexible networks are leveraged to deliver coordinated responses focused on prevention.
To achieve broad and sustainable reductions in housing insecurity, homelessness prevention must be fully integrated into the networks of existing services. Prevention-oriented policies that ensure timely responses to housing insecurity extend housing-led solutions and leverage the considerable capacity of mainstream services. A systems approach can also usefully help organise and deliver services, housing, and programmes, within and across communities, cities and wider geographical areas to improve the effectiveness of responses and maximise resources.
These indicators are under development, and we’re exploring potential data sources for inclusion in the next version of the framework.
