The total includes only those households owed a prevention or relief duty during the relevant quarter. End of social rented tenancy due to rent arrears includes rent arrears due to change in personal circumstances, increase in rent, reduction in employment income, changes in benefit entitlement, tenant difficulty budgeting or tenant making other payments. End of social rented tenancy due to other reasons includes tenant abandoned property. Eviction from supported housing sue to other reasons includes no longer eligible for supported housing. Other reasons/not known includes fire/flood/other emergency, left HM forces, mortgage repossession, property disrepair, other or not known.
